Welcome to PopNexusUK. By accessing or using our website and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us
PopNexusUK is an independent UK-based retailer specialising in Funko Pop figures, including exclusives and chase variants. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Funko, Inc. All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners.

2. Products

  • We do our best to display accurate product images, descriptions, and pricing. However, colours, box condition, and packaging may vary slightly from images shown, particularly for pre-owned or vaulted items.
  • Item availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed. In the rare case an item is out of stock after you order, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.
  • Chase variants and exclusives are randomly allocated by the manufacturer/distributor unless the listing specifies otherwise; we cannot guarantee a chase edition unless it is the specific item purchased.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment is required in full at the time of order.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will contact you before processing any order affected by an error.

4. Shipping

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days.
  • Shipping timeframes provided are estimates and not guaranteed; delays caused by couriers are outside our control.
  • Risk of loss or damage in transit is covered under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

5. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our separate [Returns & Refunds Policy], which forms part of these Terms.

6. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

7. Intended Use

  • Funko Pop figures are collectibles and are not toys. They are not suitable for children under 3 due to small parts, unless otherwise stated.
  • Products must not be used for any purpose other than display/collecting.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PopNexusUK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the item(s) in question.

9. Intellectual Property
All original content on this website (text, graphics, layout) is owned by PopNexusUK unless otherwise credited. Product imagery of licensed characters remains the property of their respective copyright/trademark holders.

10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
