Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). During busy periods (new releases, sales, restocks), processing may take slightly longer — we'll notify you if there's a significant delay.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our couriers and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the courier, customs, or events outside our control (e.g. weather, strikes) are not the responsibility of PopNexusUK.
Packaging
Every order is carefully packaged to protect your Funko Pop(s) in transit, and includes a free pop protector with every order. While we take care to minimise the risk of damage, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for how we handle any damage that occurs during shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available) so you can follow your delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at popnexusuk@outlook.com and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
International Orders
- Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.
- International delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only.
Lost Parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
