Returns & Refunds Policy
At PopNexusUK, we want you to be happy with your order. Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.
Incorrect or Severely Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong item, or an item that arrives severely damaged (e.g. crushed box, broken figure, missing pieces), we will happily accept a return and issue a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging so we can process this quickly.
Minor Carrier Damage
Please note that Funko Pop boxes are collectible items and can be prone to minor cosmetic damage during transit (such as small dents, creases, or scuffs to the outer box) despite our careful packaging. As this type of damage does not affect the figure itself and is outside our control once the parcel leaves our hands, we are unable to accept returns for minor carrier damage.
However, we understand this can still be disappointing for collectors. In these cases, we're happy to offer a partial refund as a goodwill gesture. Please contact us with photos of the damage and we'll assess this on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Return or Refund
Email us at popnexusuk@outlook.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Minor cosmetic/carrier box damage (see above — partial refund only)
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2-5 business days of approval.
